Determining next career steps and creating a plan to get there

Graduate and postdoctoral training is often a mix of “the best of times” and the “worst of
times” – the exhilaration of discovery vs. the uncertainties of “what’s next” and “will I ever
finish”. This presentation will provide resources for assessing the alignment of various career
options with regards to one’s professional skill set and life priorities, how to map out an
effective plan towards achieving that goal, and how to strategically apportion the time
available to carry out that plan.
