Abstract
We discuss new particle models for representing the molecular scales associated to spatial transcriptomics unified with the tissue millimeter scale continuum models of MRI. We will show representations of transcriptomic images at the petascale. We will also show the progress that we have made in understanding the molecular basis of Alzheimer’s disease in the medial temporal lobe in terms of Tautangles and its interface to the tissue scale MRI measurements that we have made in clinical populations.
