Abstract
Dr. Nordin’s laboratory develops sensors and signal processing for cleaning high-density electroencephalography and electromyography during walking and running to understand better how sensory and motor processes interact to produce and modify human movement. During the seminar presentation, he will share results from studies examining human electrocortical dynamics during treadmill locomotion, including encountering obstacles to stepping over in real and virtual environments and during bodyweight-supported walking.
