Manmohan Singh is currently a research assistant professor in Dr. Kirill Larin’s Biomedical Optics Laboratory. He received completed a fellowship in data science and biomedical informatics from the Gulf Coast Consortia of Quantitative Biosciences and National Library of Medicine in 2020 after completing his PhD in Biomedical Engineering from UH in 2018.
Dr. Singh’s research is focused on high-resolution multimodal imaging combining functional and structural imaging, noninvasive optical imaging, tissue biomechanics, and image-based artificial intelligence.
