Mohamad G. Ghosn is a medical affairs and cardiovascular imaging leader with more than two decades of experience spanning industry, academic medicine, and translational research. He currently serves as Medical Director of Cardiology at GE HealthCare, where he leads the medical strategy for cardiovascular products, directs pre and post launch execution, shapes regulatory and evidence generation strategies, and cultivates national KOL networks to advance the adoption of cardiac PET imaging. Prior to GE HealthCare, he served as Senior Clinical Affairs Manager at BD, where he designed and operationalized large scale clinical trials and secured expedited regulatory approval. Earlier in his career at Houston Methodist Hospital, he managed the cardiovascular research division, overseeing a team of more than 20 FTEs and leading over 100 clinical trials in collaboration with major pharmaceutical, medtech, and academic partners. Dr. Ghosn holds a PhD and MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Houston, an MBA in Healthcare Administration, and has authored more than 30 peer reviewed publications and two book chapters in cardiovascular imaging and biomedical optics. His career reflects a consistent focus on innovation, cross functional leadership, and the advancement of cardiovascular diagnostics and clinical evidence.
