"Developing a microfluidic brain cancer chip that mimics the blood-brain barrier and incorporates a co-culture system using HUVECs (human umbilical vein endothelial cells) and GBM (glioblastoma multiforme) cell lines. This platform allows for testing chemotherapy combinations to optimize treatment strategies for GBM, the most aggressive form of brain cancer."
