"I am focusing on evaluating the functional heterogeneity of clinical CAR-T cell samples using the TIMING platform. This approach allows single-cell tracking of CAR-T cell behavior during tumor cell engagement, including migration, target-cell contact, killing kinetics, serial killing capacity, and cell viability. The long-term goal is to identify functional features of clinical CAR-T products that may be associated with stronger tumor killing and improved therapeutic performance."
