"My research focuses on developing deep learning-driven pipelines for automated ¹H NMR spectral quantification and metabolomics-based biomarker discovery. Working in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Spectroscopy Lab (MRISL) at the University of Houston under Dr. Aaryani Tipirneni-Sajja, I apply machine learning to NMR spectroscopy for non-invasive characterization of chronic kidney disease, particularly lupus nephritis."
