"My research at UT MD Anderson explores experimental radiation therapy techniques surrounding the FLASH effect, a tissue-sparing effect that allows tumor control at higher radiation doses while maintaining a lower radiation dose worth of normal-tissue toxicity. My goal is to utilize the multidisciplinary nature of Biomedical Engineering to bring novel techniques across fields and help promote research that benefits patients."
